Podium is one of the few companies that deals with both cars and motorsport, as well as hybrid and electric powertrains: you never get bored! My choice was Podium because here you don't just focus on a single detail, but you have a global vision on the project. Also, cooperation is a way of life here and interaction with leaders is continuous and open.

It never happened to me before: I go to work with a smile on my face, every single day. I have been given significant responsibilities from day one and put in a condition where I am able to work autonomously. I enjoy working with my colleagues who are always ready to help, no matter their role or their position in the organization. When I was younger I dreamed of becoming a truck driver. Eventually I changed my mind, mostly because I do prefer to work in a team. It makes me happy!

What I appreciate most about Podium Advanced Technologies is the opportunity to physically see projects grow. I design prototypes on my computer and then I get to see the application of my work directly in the workshop.
